We are looking to hire “Operation Manager”
Job Summary:
Operation Manger is responsible for supervising a team of delivery personnel, managing their daily operations, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery process. Their role includes overseeing route planning, performance monitoring, problem resolution, and reporting.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop plans for assigning orders to delivery personnel.
· Identify optimal routes for the fastest order delivery.
· Organize order pickup and delivery operations.
· Track delivery personnel performance and ensure compliance with guidelines.
· Provide support and assistance to personnel facing challenges.
· Monitor delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
· Evaluate delivery personnel performance and provide improvement feedback.
· Motivate staff and recognize/reward outstanding performance.
· Address performance-related issues.
· Resolve operational issues (e.g., delivery delays, lost orders).
· Coordinate with other departments to resolve delivery-related problems.
· Submit periodic reports on team performance
Job Specifications:
- Min 2 years exp. In the same position.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent in using Odoo and Microsoft office.
