Marketing Specialist

Hayat Dental Group is a leading Dental Company that has operated in Cairo since 2004 and is located in Heliopolis.

We are looking to hire Full Time Marketing Specialist:

Responsibilities

• Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department.
•  Work closely with the Operations team & sales team  to implement marketing plans that complement the overall business objectives of each practice
• Promote a business, product, or service
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
• .Preparing and formatting e-mails directed at patient & community engagement

Must-Have:

• Proven experience working with dental practices
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
•  Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
•  Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably dental.
• Academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business
• Proven working experience in dental marketing
• Presentable
• Good command of English
• Military exemption or postponement
