Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

Lead the marketing function for the group by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth across all dental business units.

The role requires strong understanding of medical marketing regulations, professional audience targeting, and the ability to position the company as a trusted partner for dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Define marketing goals for each business unit.
  • Plan marketing activities to support expansion into new cities and markets.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, dental brands, and industry trends.

2. Digital Marketing Management

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales team.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as: Cost per lead - Conversion rate - Customer acquisition cost
  • Optimize digital campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Ensure continuous growth in online audience and engagement.

 3. Lead Generation & CRM Management

  • Develop lead generation strategies targeting dental professionals.
  • Ensure all leads are properly captured and tracked through CRM system.
  • Coordinate with sales team to improve lead conversion.
  • Monitor lead quality and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Implement automated follow-up campaigns.

 4. Brand Management (Dental Professional Branding)

  • Maintain strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
  • Ensure all communications reflect professional dental industry standards.
  • Position the company as a trusted dental solutions provider.
  • Develop brand guidelines for consistent messaging.
  • Review and approve marketing content before publishing.

 5. Product Marketing (Dental Products & Services)

  • Plan product launch campaigns for dental implants, equipment and services.
  • Prepare marketing materials explaining product benefits and clinical value.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for marketing content and product training materials.
  • Support sales team with brochures, presentations, and product content.
  • Highlight product differentiation and competitive advantages.

 6. Events, Conferences & Dental Exhibitions

  • Plan participation in dental conferences and exhibitions.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and professional training sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics for events including: Venue booking - travel arrangements - marketing materials
  • Ensure maximum lead generation from events.
  • Build relationships with dental associations and industry partners.

 7. Content Strategy (Educational & Professional Content)

  • Ensure development of professional dental-related content.
  • Review educational content targeting dentists and specialists.
  • Ensure accuracy of medical terminology and product usage information.
  • Coordinate with dental professionals when needed for technical content validation.
  • Support creation of educational materials for courses and workshops. 

8. Public Relations (PR) & Brand Reputation

  • Lead and manage the company’s Public Relations strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dental associations, industry partners, and media stakeholders.
  • Oversee external communication to ensure consistent brand image and credibility.
  • Identify opportunities for brand visibility through partnerships, sponsorships, and industry presence.
  • Manage reputation and ensure the company is positioned as a trusted and leading partner within the dental community.

 9. Assisted Sales & Revenue Support

  • Support Sales in driving revenue beyond lead generation by providing effective sales enablement tools and improving conversion rates.
  • Enhance the customer journey and overall client experience to strengthen relationships and increase retention.
  • Build and manage a strong professional community through engagement initiatives such as international trips, educational delegations, and networking events.
  • Position client experiences as strategic tools to increase loyalty, support long-term partnerships, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure all engagement activities are aligned with commercial objectives and company performance goals.

10. Team Management

  • Manage and guide marketing team members.
  • Set clear performance objectives and KPIS
  • Monitor team productivity and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide direction and feedback to improve performance.
  • Identify training needs for marketing team.

 11. Budget Management

  • Plan and manage marketing budget allocation.
  • Monitor spending efficiency across campaigns.
  • Evaluate ROI of marketing activities.
  • Optimize budget distribution between digital marketing and events.

 12. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales department to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.
  • Coordinate with Operations team regarding product availability.
  • Support HR in employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management on expansion strategies.
