Head of Design – Exocad
Dent Lab is growing—and we’re ready for the next level.
We’re looking for a senior Exocad leader to take ownership of design quality, lead the design team, and handle the most complex cases coming through the lab.
This is not a routine designing role.
It’s a leadership position for someone who understands digital dentistry deeply, sets standards, mentors others, and ensures every design leaving the lab meets the highest technical and aesthetic quality.
What You’ll Do:
• Own and control the quality of all designs produced by the lab.
• Review, approve, and optimize designs before final delivery.
• Handle and personally design complex and high-level cases.
• Lead, train, and continuously develop the design team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Extensive hands-on experience in Exocad (advanced level is a must).
• Strong background in implant cases and complex prosthetic designs.
• Proven experience in leading, training, and developing a design team.
• Someone who can balance technical excellence and team management.
Work Location:
- On-site position – Cairo
