🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and moderate all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with full coverage.
• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries.
• Maintain a positive and professional online presence for the lab.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging dental-related content.
• Assist in promoting the lab’s services, products, and offers through social media channels.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare social media performance reports and analytics.
🔹 Requirements:
• Dental background is preferred, either through academic studies or previous experience in the dental field.
•1: 2 years of experience as a Social Media Moderator (preferably in the dental field).
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing channels.
• Good English language skills.
• Ability to create creative and engaging content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Sales background is a plus
