Hayat Dental Group is a leading Dental Company operated in Cairo since 2004 and located in Heliopolis. We are looking to hire Full Time Stock Control Specialist
General Description:
The Stock Control Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's inventory levels to ensure adequate supply to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
This includes forecasting, ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking all warehouse inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze historical sales data and demand patterns to forecast inventory needs•
Determine appropriate stock levels for each inventory item based on forecasts, lead times, and desired service levels
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition
• Oversee the storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, recommending solutions
• Develop and implement stock control policies and procedures to drive efficiency
• Provide reporting and analytics on inventory metrics and KPIs
Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
Certification in Inventory Management / Supply Chain (preferred, not mandatory)
2–4 years experience in stock control or warehouse operations
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
Experience in medical, dental, or FMCG products is a strong advantage
Experience with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Strong knowledge of:
Inventory control methods (FIFO, FEFO, ABC analysis)
Stock reconciliation and variance analysis
Receiving, issuing, and stock transfers
Ability to use:
ERP systems (Odoo)
Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, stock reports)
Understanding of expiry date & batch/lot tracking (very important for dental implants)
